M4 are looking for a motivated and proactive logistics professional to join our Reading office and support the centralisation of UK pricing operations alongside a range of exciting logistics projects and implementations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within project logistics, pricing and operations. Experience is beneficial, but we are equally open to individuals with strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and the right attitude to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support logistics projects and operational implementations
  • Assist with UK pricing activities and price modelling
  • Support customer throughput and operational efficiency initiatives
  • Work closely with internal teams, suppliers and customers
  • Participate in negotiations and commercial discussions where required
  • Provide support on special projects during busy operational periods

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Exposure to project logistics or freight/logistics operations is advantageous
  • Experience with pricing, commercial analysis or negotiations is desirable
