Role Purpose
To provide end-to-end freight forwarding services (Air, Sea, Road), ensuring excellent customer service through timely clearances, quotations, shipments, invoicing, and related activities.
Key Responsibilities

Handle full-cycle freight operations (import/export).

Ensure timely job costing, invoicing, customs entries, and milestone updates.

Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve queries promptly.

Work closely with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.

Use CargoWise and MS Office tools.

Support monthly compliance and reporting tasks.

Maintain cost control and assist in rate reviews.

About You
Essential:

GCSE/O-Level education or equivalent.
