M4 Specialist are recruiting a Class 1 Driver to work at Savers Distribution Centre in Darlington. Ideally, we require 2+ years of experience with Class 1 Driving. As an ambassador of the Superdrug brand, you must always deliver a professional service. The Depot operates 24 hours a day; 7 days a week so there are various start times available to suit a variety of personal requirements.
Responsibilities of Class 1 driver:
- 2-man team multi drop, delivering cages and totes to Savers stores across the UK alongside a drivers mate who will assist you
- Occasional trunking work may also be available
Hours for a Class 1 driver:
- Monday to Friday
- Shift start times vary
- Shifts average 10 hours long
- Temporary ongoing
Pay rates for a Class 1 driver:
- £15.50 days
- £17.50 nights
- Overtime £22.00
- PAYE role only
- Weekly pay
Requirements for the role of Class 1 driver:
- Hold a valid UK Class One licence
- Have valid CPC and Digi Card
- No more than 6 points on your licence, only SP offences can be accepted
- No previous disqualifications on your licence
- You will be required to complete a driving assessment and induction before you start
