Seasonal bonus in place for December 2025. M4 Specialist is currently recruiting HGV Class 1 (CE) Drivers on behalf of our client based in Dunstable. This is a long-term opportunity offering guaranteed hours, excellent pay rates, and the potential for permanent employment within six months. An uplift of £2 per hour in December from Standard Rates. Must complete all shifts in December to qualify.
Normal Rates 2025:
- Day Shift - £20.56ph
- Night Shift - £22.22ph
- Overtime / Saturday - £23.88ph
- Sunday or Bank Holiday - £25.00ph
December 2025 Rates Only:
- Day Shift - £22.56ph
- Night Shift - £24.22ph
- Overtime / Saturday - £25.88ph
- Sunday or Bank Holiday - £27.00ph

Your Role:
- Safely deliver cages and totes to stores across the South of England including London
- Work alongside a Drivers Mate to ensure smooth and efficient deliveries
- Be part of a professional, safety-focused team
Job Details:
- Start Times: 16:00-20:00, 20:00-00:00, 00:00-04:00
- Shifts: 4-5 days per week (10-12 hour shift average)
- Delivery Area: Primarily South of England, including London but our client covers the whole of the UK
- Fixed 5-out-of-7 Rota Patterns Available.
- Guaranteed 45 hours per week with the option for overtime!
What You Need:
- Valid UK HGV Class 1 (CE) Licence, Digital Tachograph, and CPC Card
- Maximum 6 points on your licence (SP & TS offences only)
- Strong knowledge of driver hours and WTD regulations
