M4 Bristol are working with an established family business whoare expanding.

We are looking forChilled Warehouse Team Leader to lead the warehouse operatives in a fast paced environment.

Hours:Minimum 37.5 hrs/week, 5 days over 7 on a shift rota (multiple start times from06:00)

Overtime:Overtime pay after 40 hours at 1.25 x standard pay

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead & Motivate:Guide a large team of operatives through receiving, picking and returns of chilled products
  • Own the Process:Control stock movements; verify codes against tickets with precision
  • Drive Efficiency:Ensure rapid, safe loading/unloading of delivery vehicles
  • Maintain Standards:Keep the warehouse spotlessly clean and compliant with Health & Safety
  • Cover & Support:Step in for the Warehouse Supervisor as needed
  • Build Culture:Foster an inspiring, open-communication team environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Warehouse Background:Proven experience in a busy warehouse – ideally within food manufacturing or FMCG
  • Fast-Paced Mindset:Thrive under tight deadlines and ever-changing priorities
  • Shift Flexibility:Able to work varied start times from06:00on a rotating shift pattern
  • Licence Ready:Ideally you will own a Current Counterbalance Forklift licence (and able to provide on application) or Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) licence
  • Leadership Skills:Strong communicator with high commitment, motivation and a “solutions-first” approach
  • Health & Safety Savvy:Sound knowledge of safe working practices and a keen eye for detail

  • Level 2 Food Safety
  • Level 2 HACCP
  • Level 2 COSHH
