We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Vehicle Preparation Paint Shop Assistant to join our team. This is a key role responsible for ensuring that all company units are expertly prepared for painting, adhering to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly clean the exterior of vehicles prior to preparation work.
- Fill, sand, and prepare vehicle bodywork to company standards.
- Perform quality checks to ensure all work meets required specifications.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of paint and preparation materials in coordination with the Depot Manager.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations in accordance with company policy.
- Adhere to the company’s Employee Handbook, policies, and procedures.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Depot Manager.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience in a similar preparation or Bodyshop role.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent time management, punctuality, and attendance record.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
