What You'll Be Doing:
- Delivering luxury manicures, pedicures, gel polish, BIAB, extensions and nail art
- Creating bespoke, trend-led nail designs tailored to individual guests
- Providing expert consultations and aftercare advice
- Building strong client relationships and encouraging repeat bookings
- Recommending products and treatment enhancements
- Maintaining exceptional standards of hygiene, presentation and professionalism
What We're Looking For:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Nail Services, Beauty Therapy or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Nail Technician, Nail Artist or similar
- Strong technical ability across a range of nail treatments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Passion for beauty, fashion and the latest nail trends
- High attention to detail and pride in delivering exceptional results
Desirable:
- Experience within a luxury salon, spa or premium hospitality environment
- Additional training in BIAB, nail extensions or advanced nail art
- Retail sales experience
- Experience building and retaining a loyal client base
