We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service & Installation Engineer to join our growing Service Department.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled engineer with experience in pumps and pressurised systems who enjoys working independently while delivering exceptional customer service.

The Role

As a Service & Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, commissioning, fault finding, repairing, and installing a wide range of pumping and pressurisation equipment across domestic and commercial sites throughout the UK.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer systems operate efficiently and reliably.

Key duties will include

  • Service, commission and maintain pumps and pressurised systems
  • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs
  • Conduct site surveys and provide technical recommendations
  • Install and commission new pumping and pressurisation equipment
  • Complete service documentation using mobile technology
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements
  • Deliver excellent customer service and technical support
  • Support colleagues through training and technical guidance

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with

  • Water Booster Sets
  • Pressurisation Units
  • Expansion Vessels
  • Degassing Units
  • Commercial and domestic pumping systems
  • Pump servicing, commissioning and fault finding
  • Installation and maintenance of pressurised systems

You will also possess

  • Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
  • A full UK Driving Licence
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach
  • A positive "can-do" attitude
  • A commitment to safe working practices
