The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

The aim will be to deliver first in class digital campaigns. They will also contribute to continually improving our delivery service – ensuring our programmes are profitable, our processes and procedures are efficient and our clients have an outstanding experience working with us.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead the planning, execution and delivery of complex global and UK digital campaigns ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the main contact for clients, managing expectations, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement project strategies that align with client goals and industry standards, driving innovation and best practices within the agency.
  • Budget Management: Oversee project budgets ensuring efficient resource allocation and financial accountability.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure all deliverables meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Operations and Client Partnership to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.
