The Senior Business Analyst will establish and maintain a programme-level, source-traceable baseline by consolidating information from email, Teams and meeting records, Jira/Confluence, action and decision logs, design submissions, workshops and third-party inputs. The role will connect business needs to technical, property, operational and delivery workstreams, translate complexity into decision-ready outputs, and provide constructive challenge without replacing the responsibilities of technical SMEs, architects or delivery owners.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder discussions with TKO, IMG and relevant third parties.
- Elicit, document, validate and prioritise business requirements across Broadcast and Corporate.
- Map current- and future-state processes, user journeys, interfaces and operational hand-offs.
- Consolidate inputs from networking, cloud, Corporate IT/AV, Broadcast IT and Security into a coherent programme view.
- Identify gaps, overlaps, assumptions, dependencies, risks, ownership issues and unresolved decisions.
- Maintain traceability from business needs through to technical requirements, design inputs, decisions and delivery actions.
- Support the Broadcast interface with dB Broadcast and the Corporate interface.
- Map dependencies and hand-offs across TKO, IMG, G&T, MiX, Perkins & Will, Hoare Lea and other project contributors.
- Provide analysis to inform scope, RACI, RAID, action logs, decision logs, change control and operational readiness.
- Produce concise updates highlighting progress, gaps, decisions required and next actions.
- Maintain a single, programme-level and source-traceable baseline across workstreams, drawing together email, Teams and meeting records, Jira/Confluence, design documents, action logs, decision logs and third-party inputs.
- Coordinate inputs and follow-up from the regular Project IT/AV/Security forum, including MiX and relevant TKO, IMG, property, engineering and specialist supplier representatives.
- Translate technical and design outputs into clear business requirements, interface definitions, acceptance criteria, ownership questions, operational impacts and decision papers.
- Support definition of operational ownership, monitoring responsibilities, escalation routes, support processes, service levels and handover evidence for building and technology services.
- Support scope, budget, lead-time and delivery-impact analysis where technical, property or operational decisions affect programme sequencing and readiness.

- Ability to work across technical and non-technical domains and understand enough of network, cloud, security, broadcast, workplace and building-services interfaces to ask the right questions.
- Ability to distinguish confirmed facts, working assumptions, decisions, risks, issues, dependencies and recommendations, and to challenge constructively when evidence or ownership is unclear.
- Experience working within multi-party delivery and design-assurance models involving internal teams, consultants, integrators, suppliers and client-side stakeholders.
- Strong analytical writing and presentation skills, with the ability to turn complex information into concise outputs for senior stakeholders and delivery teams.

- Balances sufficient detail for traceability with concise outputs that support decision-making.
- Operates at programme level, connecting workstreams rather than optimising a single technical domain in isolation.
- Uses evidence and validation: clearly records what is confirmed, what has been assumed, what has been decided and what remains open.
- Treats the baseline as a living source of truth, updating it as new information is received and preserving source and version traceability.
- Brings ownership and decision gaps to the right people early, follows through on actions and escalates where unresolved issues threaten scope, cost, schedule or readiness.
