We are looking for a Product Manager to work directly with our CPO, building innovative AI products from 0→1 in a hands‑on startup environment. This role blends product leadership, operational execution, and strategic support for the founding team, emphasizing rapid iteration and scalable systems. This is an intense role, but comes with the ability to work closely with leadership, and have a high degree of impact.
You Will Own
- Shape product roadmaps and user stories, prioritising features for seamless experiences and market validation.
- Partner with engineering, design, and PMs in fast sprints to prototype, test, and deploy capabilities.
- Record screencasts and product videos of new features to showcase functionality and drive adoption.
- Own facets of product marketing, like messaging, demos, and materials that communicate product value clearly.
- Collect user feedback, run market research, and analyse metrics to refine backlogs and boost retention.
- Build onboarding guides, training resources, and playbooks for product usage, operations, and recruitment.
- Shadow customer interactions, synthesise insights, and align with C-level on priorities and dashboards.

- Entrepreneurial operator thriving in ambiguity, prototyping like a founder while coordinating cross‑functionally.
