Doctors.net.uk is the UK's largest professional network of doctors; a closed community used by over 50,000 doctors daily and with a total membership of over 245,000. The Programme Manager's aim will be to deliver first in class digital campaigns. They will also contribute to continually improving our delivery service - ensuring our programmes are profitable, our processes and procedures are efficient, and our clients have an outstanding experience working with us.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex global and UK digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the main contact for clients, managing expectations, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement project strategies that align with client goals and industry standards, driving innovation and best practices within the agency.
  • Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and financial accountability.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure all deliverables meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Operations and Client Partnership, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.
