As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Executive to support the delivery of campaigns, events, and marketing activity across the business.
The Role
You'll play a key role in bringing marketing activity to life - supporting campaign execution, coordinating across teams, and tracking performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and delivers real results. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you'll contribute to campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and commercial success. You'll also support the planning and promotion of events throughout the year. Occasional travel may be required for events and meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media (LinkedIn focus)
- Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence through planned, engaging content
- Create posts to support campaigns, events, and company updates
- Support LinkedIn paid campaigns and monitor performance
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to support targeted outreach
- Campaigns & CRM
- Assist with CRM campaign setup and customer journey planning
- Track campaign performance and report on engagement and leads
- Marketing Communications
- Help create and coordinate marketing materials (digital and print)
- Support website updates, email campaigns, and paid activity
- Work with internal teams and external partners
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Events
- Support the promotion of online and in-person events
- Assist with event materials and pre/post-event communications
