Job Description

The Senior Project Manager’s primary responsibility is to manage all aspects of the project lifecycle for data collection, from initiation to completion.

This includes managing project budgets, communicating progress to the client in the field, troubleshooting, providing solutions to aid completion by the deadline, ensuring profiles and health standards are met, coordinating day‑to‑day activities, and resolving, recording, and reporting any issues that may jeopardize the team’s ability to complete the projects in a timely and cost‑effective manner.

  • Review all project documentation provided by client services and manager, identify issues that jeopardise the ability to complete the project on time and within budget, and if necessary, provide recommendations to obtain a revised quote.
  • Manage internal project kick‑off meetings with sales, panel and programming to review materials, finalize requirements, and determine timelines and schedules; work directly with the client to review all project materials and make changes as needed.
  • Provide consistent updates to the client on status during the fielding process on a frequent basis via email or phone; recommend to the panel team how to maximise sample while in field.
  • Ensure the project is completed on time and that all panelists receive incentive payments promptly; coordinate with the finance team on all financial metrics required to complete the billing and invoicing process and deliver the final bill to the client.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in market research (preferred).
  • Experience with healthcare data collections (preferred).
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Decipher or a similar platform, Microsoft Office, advanced proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines with a high level of detail.
