This role sits within a subsidiary of M3 Inc., the UK's largest professional network of doctors; a closed community used by over 50,000 doctors daily and with a total membership of over 245,000. Products range from a trusted email communications platform to robust news and educational web pages along with world-class sponsored pharmaceutical content and doctors' own user-generated content. Our mission is to continually improve these offerings and identify new ways to support our community of doctors throughout their careers.
The Programme Manager's aim will be to deliver first-in-class digital campaigns. They will also contribute to continually improving our delivery service – ensuring our programmes are profitable, our processes and procedures are efficient, and our clients have an outstanding experience working with us.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex global and UK digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the main contact for clients, managing expectations, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement project strategies that align with client goals and industry standards, driving innovation and best practices within the agency.
- Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and financial accountability.
- Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure all deliverables meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Operations and Client Partnership, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.
