We are seeking an Arabic-speaking Inside Sales Representative (Intern/Entry Level) to support outbound business development efforts across hospitals and healthcare systems in Arabic-speaking countries. This role focuses on prospecting and cold outreach to hospital administrators and healthcare leadership to schedule meetings for our senior sales team regarding physician recruitment services. This position is well-suited for individuals interested in international healthcare sales, business development, or medical services partnerships. The primary objective is to generate qualified meetings with hospital decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to hospitals and healthcare organizations in Arabic-speaking countries.
- Identify and connect with hospital administrators and hospital decision-makers.
- Introduce the company’s physician and clinical staffing service offerings.
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for senior sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity in the CRM system.
