Fantastic New Business Opportunity – Regional Sales Director – London. M3 Marketing Ltd are the UK's fastest growing Fundraising Group. With an umbrella group of five different agencies, with presence throughout the UK, we are now looking to create a new Fundraising agency to cover the area of London. We are looking for a business-minded individual who has the experience to build, grow and drive a regional sales/fundraising team within this new area.
M3 Marketing works in partnership exclusively with Dogs Trust, the UK’s largest dog welfare charity. As part of our mission to secure new individual donors to Dogs Trust, we manage a group of regional fundraising agencies that employ professional fundraisers to work at private venues throughout the UK. Once at the venue, the fundraiser will engage with members of the public, having genuine and passionate conversations, asking for support to the Dogs Trust Sponsor a Dog scheme through a regular monthly donation.
To support our growth, we are looking for an experienced sales/fundraising professional director who is passionate about making a difference and has the appetite and entrepreneurship to recruit and build a team of fundraisers. The role will involve the recruitment, training, mentoring and coaching of all new fundraisers in the London area. You will also support the team with day-to-day operational matters and work with them consistently to improve quality and KPI’s. You will also be a competent fundraiser yourself, leading from the front and demonstrating what good looks like.
The role will involve travel throughout London, so a full UK driving licence is essential, as well as access to your own vehicle. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within a face-to-face sales or professional fundraising environment and will be able to demonstrate the successful achievement of weekly/monthly targets on a consistent basis.
What you will receive:
- Plenty of scope to shape a new company with lots of growth potential.
- First year OTE £75,000, with the potential to increase beyond this with year-on-year growth.
- Company Shareholding.
- Company Profit Sharing.
