Job Description
We are looking for creative, resourceful and enthusiastic writers to join our team. The Medical Writing team at M3 (EU) is responsible for producing a wide variety of content for doctors.net.uk, including promotional material, conference highlights, videos, case studies, education modules and more, for a range of clients spanning the pharmaceutical industry, charities and wider healthcare sector.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Writing, editing, proofreading and quality checking content.
- Attending occasional client meetings to plan, scope and discuss campaigns.
- Planning campaigns with the wider team.
- Working closely with the Design, Programme Management and Client Partnership teams.
- Potential for travel to attend international and national medical conferences.
Qualifications
Ideal Candidate
- A degree, preferably a PhD, in life sciences, or equivalent experience in the medical, pharmaceutical or MedComms industries.
- 1-2 years’ experience of commercial and/or digital writing (Med Comms, creative agency, education agency, pharma).
- Ability to write clear and concise, scientifically accurate copy, with excellent attention to detail.
- Fast learner; able to understand and interpret new data with ease.
- Awareness of the ABPI code of practice.
- A keen interest in working in healthcare communications.
- Happy to work across a wide range of therapy areas and accounts.
- Ability to build strong working relationships.
