Job Description
The Campaign Marketing Manager will maximize marketing and PR assets to drive sales funnel growth. Collaborating closely with marketing and sales teams, the manager will lead the development and execution of key account campaigns, including social media, to attract leads and amplify proprietary data and research findings. The role also involves acting as a brand gatekeeper to ensure brand guidelines are followed in all external communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Enablement, Demand Generation, and Collaboration: Educate and inform sales teams through regular meetings, sharing insights on campaign performance, lead generation, and customer engagement. Foster collaboration between marketing and sales, aligning on goals, strategies, and tactics. Develop account-based marketing plans with sales stakeholders to meet targets and generate high-quality leads.
- Campaign Strategy Development and Execution: Lead the strategic planning and execution of key account campaigns in partnership with sales, ensuring alignment with objectives. Create comprehensive account-based marketing plans to boost engagement and conversions. Implement strategies to meet KPIs and optimize campaign performance across channels. Use analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and guide future activities. Conduct monthly reviews to monitor campaign productivity and refine strategies.
- CRM Marketing Automation and Content Creation: Lead CRM marketing automation efforts, setting strategies and creating content to nurture leads and drive conversions. Coordinate with internal teams to integrate CRM initiatives with overall marketing and sales efforts. Oversee the creation of compelling campaign assets aligned with brand guidelines and audience needs.
- Social Media Campaigns and Amplification: Design and execute social media campaigns to amplify marketing collateral and increase brand visibility. Develop strategies to leverage social media channels effectively, engaging target audiences and driving traffic.
- Growth Initiatives and Resource Allocation: Drive growth across all M3 market research companies through comprehensive campaigns supporting their objectives. Manage and prioritize resources to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- Experience working with HubSpot or other CRM platforms, with the ability to pivot to HubSpot.
- Previous marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Social media planning experience, especially on LinkedIn.
- Creative thinker capable of developing engaging campaigns.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills for web, social media, and email.
- Motivated by a collaborative team environment.
