Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and professional Event Coordinator & Host to manage and host events across London, and virtually. This person will own event execution, guest experience, logistics coordination, and live hosting to ensure seamless events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Hosting & Guest Experience
    • Host and moderate live events (in-person and virtual)
    • Welcome guests, speakers, partners, and attendees
    • Manage event flow, introductions, announcements, and Q&A sessions
    • Create an engaging and professional event atmosphere
    • Represent the company brand professionally
  • Event Coordination & Logistics
    • Plan and execute events from preparation through completion
    • Coordinate venues, vendors, catering, AV, seating, and event setup
    • Manage attendee registrations and guest communications
    • Prepare event timelines, run-of-show documents, and checklists
    • Handle on-site troubleshooting and last-minute changes
  • Travel & Multi-City Events
    • Travel to NYC, San Francisco, and other locations for events
    • Coordinate travel schedules and event-related arrangements
    • Work with internal teams and external partners during events
    • Company covers approved travel, accommodation, and event-related expenses
  • Remote Event Management
    • Host webinars, virtual events, and online sessions
    • Coordinate virtual platforms, speakers, and attendee engagement
    • Support online event production and follow-up activities

Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years experience in event management, hosting, hospitality, or community/events roles
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently during events
  • Professional presence and strong attention to detail
  • Experience with virtual event platforms preferred
