We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Designer with genuine creative flair to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional design work across brand, digital and campaign projects, taking ideas from concept to execution with craft, confidence and consistency. This is a hands-on role for someone who brings fresh thinking, sharp attention to detail, and a passion for creating standout work that gets noticed. You will be able to blend creativity, flair, strong typographic knowledge and impeccable mac skills with intelligence that enables you to interpret client and internal briefs into compelling and original creative work. Our ongoing goal is to raise the bar of our output and add real value to our creative offering. We want you to make a true and meaningful impact to the work we do. You will report directly into our Group Creative Director.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding design work across a wide range of digital and print channels, from concept through to final execution.
  • Translate strategic and creative briefs into visually compelling solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Collaborate with Art Directors, Copywriters and Developers to bring integrated campaigns to life.
  • Take ownership of design projects and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Apply strong typographic, layout and brand application skills across varied formats.
  • Contribute to the development of creative ideas and actively participate in brainstorms and concepting sessions.
  • Support and mentor junior designers, offering guidance, feedback and support.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and consistency across all deliverables.
  • Prepare and present work internally and externally, articulating design decisions clearly.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools and technology to continually raise the creative bar.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in a creative or integrated agency environment.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates excellent design craft across branding, campaigns, digital, social and print.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD or Figma).
  • Confident in taking a project from brief to delivery with minimal oversight.
  • A keen eye for detail, with strong layout, typography and brand system skills.
  • Comfortable working closely with clients and presenting ideas with clarity.
  • Able to take feedback constructively and apply it to refine and elevate work.
  • Familiarity with motion design or video editing tools (e.g. After Effects) is a plus, but not essential.
  • A proactive mindset, able to adapt quickly and deliver under pressure.
  • Passionate about great design, and dedicated to producing consistently high-quality work for M3 and its clients.
