M2R Education is seeking online AP Computer Science tutors with excellent experience to teach students overseas. These are ongoing assignments, teaching students on a 1-2-1 and small group basis. These roles offer flexibility for teachers who prefer online teaching on days and times that suit their needs. Applicants must be flexible working across different time zones.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience of teaching AP Computer Science is ESSENTIAL
- Ideally 5 years full-time, in-school teaching experience where English is the medium of communication
- Native-like English communication skills (written/oral). If not native, IELTS 8.5 minimum
- Recognised teaching qualifications (e.g., QTS)
- Willingness to create lesson plans and provide timely feedback
- Enhanced DBS on update service / police clearance certificate
- Robust internet connection
- Patient, flexible, highly motivated
- Extremely professional and customer-focused
Additional Information:
Start dates are ongoing. Hourly rates vary depending on the assignment, qualifications, and experience. All tutors must provide proof of teaching qualifications, ID, birth certificate or change of name documentation, current DBS/police checks, and contact details for two professional references (one from current employer). Enrolment on the DBS update service is required if living in the UK and recent safeguarding training (within last 12 months) is preferred. We can provide access to an online safeguarding course if needed. Refer to our current safer recruitment policy for further details.
