Based at HMP Littlehey, you will deliver English tutoring to small groups of adult learners, helping them develop skills, knowledge, and behaviors aligned with their goals and aspirations.

Tutors will ensure training plans are in place, provide guidance, and deliver engaging, high-quality courses to help learners reach their potential.

Requirements:

• Level 3 English or equivalent
• Substantial experience and expertise in the field
• Experience in delivering training
• Teaching or assessing qualification (desirable)
• If lacking, support for obtaining necessary qualifications is available
• Ability to use diverse training methods
• Strong organizational, planning, and workload management skills
• Knowledge of Safeguarding, Equality and Diversity, Health and Safety, Data Protection policies
• Ability to motivate and engage learners from diverse backgrounds
• UK Right to Work
• Valid DBS
