Job Description
m2r Education are proud to be working with this British Council accredited provider of teaching English in the UK who need a Director of Studies (DoS) to join their West Yorkshire based team as soon as possible.
They are an independent English Language School based in West Yorkshire who offer a wide range of English Language courses to suit student needs.
You will oversee the academic program of the language school, ensuring its smooth operation and quality. This role involves managing curriculum, teaching staff, student progress and academic resources. They also play a key role in maintaining standards, implementing policies and fostering a positive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- DELTA / DipTESOL / MA TESOL required
- Enhanced DBS on update service is ESSENTIAL
- Right to Work in the UK
- Previous leadership experience within a language school
- Genuine interest in working with young people
- Minimum 2 years of ESL teaching experience
