Want to spend your summer looking after students in Cambridge? This organisation runs international residential summer programmes for students aged 14–18. Students live and study in Cambridge colleges, with classes and sport on site.

As Welfare Director, you’ll make sure every student gets the right care and support throughout their stay. You’ll report to the Programme Director and lead the pastoral care team, guiding supervisors and teaching staff on welfare. You’ll also be the main contact for parents, doctors, nurses and other outside services.
