We are looking for a qualified and experienced tutor with a passion for training and development in the construction industry to join our team on a full-time basis at our Rainham, London office, delivering Site Safety Plus (SSP) courses both in-person and virtually.
About Us
We are an accredited CITB Approved Training Organisation (ATO), providing high-quality training for construction professionals. Our mission is to equip learners with the essential skills and certifications needed to ensure workplace safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver CITB Site Safety Plus (SSP) courses, including SMSTS, SSSTS, Health & Safety Awareness, and other relevant training.
- Conduct interactive, engaging, and compliant training both in-person (Rainham office) and virtually.
- Provide support and guidance to learners throughout their training journey.
- Ensure all course content is delivered in line with CITB standards and guidelines.
- Assess learners’ progress, conduct evaluations, and administer CITB-approved assessments.
- Maintain accurate training records and compliance documentation.
- Stay updated with CITB course changes and construction safety regulations.
Requirements
- CITB SSP Tutor Qualification – Must be an approved trainer to deliver SMSTS, SSSTS, and related courses.
- Experience in delivering CITB courses – A strong track record of successfully conducting Site Safety Plus training.
- Strong knowledge of construction health & safety regulations.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills – Ability to engage with learners and deliver training effectively.
- Competence in virtual training delivery – Experience using MS Teams for online training.
- Flexibility to deliver training on-site and remotely as required.
