As a People Advisor at M247 you will be a true generalist, you will be responsible for a wide range of human resources services. Our team is collaborative and commercial, we work at pace and have delivered complete organisational transformation over the last 18 months.

Our ideal candidate will have a couple of years\’ experience in an administrative / HR advisor role in a fast-paced environment. You will possess a commercial focus and have strong stakeholder management skills. Strong knowledge in or experience of;

Employee Relations | Recruitment & Onboarding | Appraisals & Development | Payroll |

Policy | Communication | Administration

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and onboard colleagues
  • Manage the HR Inbox on rotation with another HR Advisor
  • Consult on issues related to workplace relations and performance management
  • Provide advice to management on employee relations and management issues
  • Provide advice and assistance on policies, procedures, legislation, and enterprise agreements
  • Conduct internal surveys to gather employee feedback and identify areas of improvement
  • Address employee requests and potential issues (e.g. grievances)
  • Employee communications and updates at agreed frequencies
  • Process monthly Payroll on rotation with another HR Advisor
  • Teach Managers how to get the best out of their staff
  • Identify ways to improve existing policies and procedures
  • Support the Head of People with other general tasks
