As a People Advisor at M247 you will be a true generalist, responsible for a wide range of human resources services. Our team is collaborative and commercial, working at pace and delivering complete organisational transformation over the last 18 months.
Our ideal candidate will have a couple of years' experience in an administrative / HR advisor role in a fast-paced environment. You will possess a commercial focus and have strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard colleagues
- Manage the HR Inbox on rotation with another HR Advisor
- Consult on issues related to workplace relations and performance management
- Provide advice to management on employee relations and management issues
- Provide advice and assistance on policies, procedures, legislation, and enterprise agreements
- Conduct internal surveys to gather employee feedback and identify areas of improvement
- Address employee requests and potential issues (e.g. grievances)
- Employee communications and updates at agreed frequencies
- Process monthly Payroll on rotation with another HR Advisor
- Teach Managers how to get the best out of their staff
- Identify ways to improve existing policies and procedures
- Support the Head of People with other general tasks
