The role involves working in our Customer Delivery Team, taking responsibility for and ensuring all customer orders are managed effectively. You will liaise with internal stakeholders and provide regular and accurate management information (MI).
As an Order Analyst, you will be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring precision and efficiency. Your role is pivotal in managing our finances and being a part of our cash triangle.
- Amending existing contracts to reflect upgrades, site moves, contract changes, and cancellations.
- Managing third-party suppliers: Ensuring our supply chain is managed effectively and that they are accountable for the completion of all requested tasks, including the swift payment of outstanding credits.
- Working alongside our Senior Leadership Team and liaising with internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and accurate MI.
