Overview
In this role you will drive new invoice finance business across Hampshire, Surrey and Sussex, targeting SME to mid-market opportunities. You will leverage an established introducer network to source deals and collaborate with the bank’s Commercial Banking Managers to generate leads. A solid grasp of business finance is essential, with preference for experience in Receivables Financing. The position offers a market-leading salary up to 90,000 plus bonus, car and strong benefits, reflecting the scale and growth of the bank’s Invoice Finance division.

Responsibilities
- Develop new invoice finance business within the designated territory
- Source deals from an established network of introducers (accountants, debt advisers, brokers, corporate finance boutiques)
- Build and nurture relationships with Commercial Banking Managers to generate referrals
- Manage end-to-end deal development and ensure target achievement (1–10M deals)
- Demonstrate solid understanding of business finance; apply domain knowledge to structuring solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to cross-sell related financing products where appropriate
Key requirements
- Established network of introducers in the territory
- Strong understanding of business finance
- Experience in Receivables Financing preferred
- Open to candidates from Asset Finance, Construction Finance, Trade Finance or Commercial Banking who demonstrate drive to win new business
- Proven track record in developing new business and meeting targets
- Willingness to cover Hampshire, Surrey & Sussex territory
