Responsibilities
- Primary ownership of the client portfolio and its performance
- Deliver balanced client service, retention, income generation and risk management
- Maintain detailed operational and relationship excellence across accounts
- Provide proactive client service support and transparent account activity updates
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, precision and execution in day-to-day activities
Key requirements
- In-depth knowledge of commercial lending in the corporate space, ideally Asset Based Lending
- High level of financial acumen and ability to analyze complex credit situations
- Experience in developing and maintaining board-level relationship with clients
- Self-starter, highly motivated team player with growth mindset and alignment to risk philosophy
