To lead the identification, development, and scaling of innovative SME funding solutions adjacent products that drive strategic growth, market differentiation, and customer value across international markets. The Product Manager will be responsible for launching and scaling new funding products, with a particular focus on regulatory compliance, treasury funding enablement, and partnership development. This role requires a visionary leader with deep expertise in B2B financial services, capable of building solutions internally or leveraging an extensive network to partner with external technical or funding providers.
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities
- Strategic Product Leadership
- Identify market gaps & emerging trends, leveraging industry insights to shape product direction.
- Define and execute the product development backlog & pipeline, aligning with organisational priorities and market opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and scale.
