The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Floor Fitter to install a variety of flooring products to the highest standard. The successful candidate will work on a range of projects, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of vinyl, LVT, carpet, safety flooring, laminate, and other floor coverings.
- Surface preparation, including screeding and subfloor preparation.
- Measuring, cutting, and fitting flooring materials accurately.
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
- Working independently and as part of a team.
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Floor Fitter.
- Strong knowledge of various flooring products and installation techniques.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
- Ability to read plans and work from specifications.
- Good problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.
- CSCS card advantageous but not essential.
