A land-based casino is looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong sales background to drive customer acquisition, retention and engagement.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will build relationships with new and regular high-value customers, organise events, support the loyalty programme and coordinate engagement activity with marketing and operational teams. You will also handle customer feedback, maintain accurate records and follow safer gambling, anti-money laundering and customer protection requirements.
Requirements
- Business Development Manager experience and a strong sales background in Casino or iGaming.
- Proven customer-facing experience and relationship management skills.
- Strong communication, organisation and prioritisation.
- Ability to work onsite in Reading.
- Right to work in the UK.
- A Personal Management Licence, or eligibility to obtain one.
