We are seeking a skilled or semi-skilled dedicated HGV Mechanic to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining heavy goods vehicles (HGVs) and trailers. This role requires a strong mechanical background, proficiency with electrical systems, and the ability to work with a variety of hand and power tools. Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HGVs and trailers.
- Diagnose faults using schematics and electrical diagrams.

- Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
- Assist with equipment upgrades and modifications as required.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.

- Carry out heavy lifting tasks safely as part of routine maintenance procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HGV mechanic or in a similar heavy vehicle repair role.
