About you
You enjoy practical, hands-on work and take real pride in doing a job properly. You like being out on site, working with your hands and seeing the finished result at the end of the day. Perhaps you've built your career installing products in another industry and are looking for a fresh challenge where you can learn new skills and broaden your experience. You don't need to come from signage. Experience working with vinyl, graphics or architectural films would certainly be an advantage, but it's not essential. What matters most is your attitude. You're reliable, eager to learn and take pride in producing quality work. You want to join a business that will invest in your development and help you become a highly skilled installer.
Your experience
You could already have experience installing vinyl graphics, signage or vehicle wraps. Equally, you may come from another installation background such as shopfitting, exhibition installation, interior fit-outs, kitchen installation, glazing, cladding, flooring, joinery, AV installation, racking systems, garage doors, solar panels, commercial fit-out or any similar hands-on role where you're used to using tools, interpreting drawings and delivering a high-quality finish. If you've worked in an industry where accuracy, professionalism and customer interaction are important, you'll already have many of the transferable skills needed to succeed. Full training will be provided on signage, graphics and vinyl installation, so you don't need to know everything on day one.
What you will be doing with your experience in this role
You'll be installing a wide variety of signage, vinyl graphics and branding solutions across commercial environments. Every project is different, giving you the opportunity to continually develop your skills while working alongside experienced installers. You'll use your practical ability and attention to detail to deliver installations safely and to a high standard. As your knowledge grows, you'll become involved in more technical projects, learning different installation techniques and working with a wide range of materials and products. This is a role where no two days are the same. Some projects will be local, while others may take you further afield, giving you plenty of variety throughout the week.
About the business
You'll be joining an established signage and graphics company with an excellent reputation for quality, customer service and investing in its people. Rather than searching for someone who already has years of signage experience, they're looking for someone with the right attitude, strong practical ability and a genuine desire to learn. If you're willing to put the effort in, they'll provide the training, support and opportunities to help you build a long-term career within the signage industry.
