Good people are hard to find.
In print, packaging and signage, the best people are rarely sat on job boards waiting for a call.
They are normally busy, doing well and not actively looking.
That is where you come in.
We need somebody who can find those people, start a proper conversation and build relationships that last.
This is not a role where you will spend all day firing CVs at vacancies.
You will become the person candidates know, trust and call when the time is right.
About you You enjoy speaking to people and you are comfortable picking up the phone.
Starting conversations with people who were not expecting to hear from you does not faze you.
You listen properly, ask good questions and take a genuine interest in what people want from their careers.
You will need resilience too.
Not everybody will answer and not everybody will be interested straight away.
You understand that good recruitment is about building relationships over time, not forcing somebody into a job because there is a vacancy to fill.
Most importantly, you do what you say you are going to do.
Your experience Recruitment experience would be useful, particularly within resourcing, delivery or candidate management.
It is not essential.
You might come from B2B sales, account management or business development, where success comes from building trust through conversation.
You do not need experience within print, packaging or signage.
We know these industries incredibly well and can teach you the market.
Energy, curiosity, resilience and the ability to connect with people are much harder to teach.
What you will be doing with that experience You will take ownership of candidate generation across MTWO.
That means finding and speaking with people throughout the print, packaging and signage industries, from production and operations through to sales and senior leadership.
You will use Linked In, job boards, our database, social media, email marketing and good old fashioned phone conversations to find and engage them.
There are already thousands of industry professionals within our network and database.
Your job will be to reconnect with them, understand where they are now and find out what the right next move might look like.
You will interview candidates properly, work closely with Matt and Nathan on live vacancies and build talent pools for future opportunities.
You will also have the freedom to be ...
