Mini Montesaurs is on an exciting journey of growth, and we’re searching for an enthusiastic, confident and inspiring Room Leader to take the lead in our 2–4s room. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves early years, thrives on responsibility, and is passionate about creating meaningful, awe-inspiring learning experiences for young children.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading a warm, nurturing and high-quality learning environment for 2–4 year olds
- Supporting and mentoring your room team
- Planning engaging activities that spark curiosity and follow the children’s interests
- Ensuring outstanding practice within the EYFS framework
- Building strong, positive relationships with children and families
- Being a role model for best practice, safeguarding and behaviour expectations
