You are a Sign Maker who enjoys building quality products and seeing a project come together. You take pride in your work, pay attention to detail and understand that the final finish matters just as much as the process. You are practical, hands on and comfortable working with a range of materials, tools and assembly techniques. Your experience
You have experience within sign making, final assembly or a related manufacturing environment where accuracy and quality are important. You are confident reading technical drawings, plans and assembly instructions and understand how to translate them into finished products. You have worked with materials such as acrylic, aluminium composite, metals and other common signage substrates. Experience with illuminated signage and LED lighting would be beneficial. You are comfortable using powered hand tools, understand the importance of health and safety and take pride in producing work to a consistently high standard.
What you will be doing with your experience in this role
You will be assembling a wide range of signage products, ensuring each project is completed accurately and to the required quality standards. You will position, align and assemble sign components using adhesives, bonding agents and mechanical fixings while working from technical drawings and assembly instructions. You will work with a variety of materials and be involved in both standard and illuminated signage projects, supporting the wider production team as required. This is a varied role that will allow you to utilise a broad range of sign making and assembly skills within a busy manufacturing environment.
