About you
You are a Sign Fitter or Graphics Installer who enjoys being out on site and seeing a job finished properly. You take pride in a clean install, whether that is signage, vinyl graphics or large format applications. You are reliable, practical and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
The work is varied. You are not travelling all over the country every week, though you are happy to get out to different sites when needed. When installation work is quieter, you are more than willing to get involved in the workshop and support production. You see that as part of being a good all rounder.
Your experience
You have experience within the signage or large format graphics industry, ideally as a Sign Fitter, Sign Installer or Graphics Installer. You are confident applying vinyl to a range of substrates including panels, windows and internal surfaces. You have experience installing signage and understand how to achieve a high quality finish. You are comfortable using tools and working on site. A CSCS card is expected, with IPAF and PASMA being highly beneficial. You understand basic production processes, so stepping into the workshop when needed feels natural rather than unfamiliar.
What you will be doing with your experience in this role
You will be installing signage and graphics across a range of environments, making sure every job is completed to a high standard. The work is a mix of local and occasional further afield projects, giving you variety without constant travel. When installation work is lighter, you will support the production team with preparing graphics, finishing and general workshop tasks. This keeps everything moving and gives you a well rounded role. You will work closely with the wider team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the expected quality.
About the business
You would be joining a well established signage and graphics company based near Uxbridge with a strong pipeline of work. The team is hands on and supportive, with a good mix of installation and production projects. They are looking for someone reliable who can contribute across both site work and the workshop, offering a stable role with variety.
