About you
You enjoy being out on site and taking control of installs. You are the person who turns up, understands what needs to happen and makes sure it gets done properly. You are confident, practical and represent the business well in front of clients. At the same time, you are not just an installer. When you are not out on site, you are more than happy being back in the workshop getting stuck into production. You are a proper team player. In a smaller business, that matters. Everyone mucks in, supports each other and takes pride in the end result. This role will suit you if you want installs to be the main focus, with variety around it rather than being stuck doing the same thing every day.
Your experience
You have solid experience in installs within large format print, signage or display graphics. You are comfortable leading installs on site. You understand how to work efficiently, deal with challenges and deliver a clean, high quality finish. You also have hands on production experience. Printing, finishing, fabricating or assembling graphics and display work will not be new to you. You are confident working with materials such as vinyl, boards and display systems. You are reliable, practical and happy working both independently and as part of a team.
What you will be doing with your experience in this role
You will take the lead on installations, spending a good portion of your time out on site delivering projects. You will be responsible for making sure installs are completed properly, on time and to a high standard, acting as the go to person on site. When you are not out installing, you will be back in the workshop supporting production. That includes printing, finishing, fabricating and assembling large format graphics and display work. You will work closely with the team to keep jobs moving, support where needed and make sure deadlines are hit. This is a true all-round role, with a clear bias towards installs, though still very much part of the production team.
About the business
This is a growing large-format graphics and signage business with a strong reputation for quality and service. They are a smaller, dynamic team where people work closely together and take pride in what they deliver. There is a real team mentality. No silos, no egos, just people getting the job done properly. As a returning client, we know what good looks like. They are looking for someone who fits their culture as much as their capability. You would be joining a business where you are not just another number and where your impact is visible.
