This role, it’s not for the faint-hearted. You’ll be responsible for managing the installation of graphics, large-format print and signage for some of the biggest brands in the world.
As someone experienced in Installs within the print, graphics or signage industry, you’ll know what it’s like juggling and managing multiple projects at any one time. The H&S, the correct cards needed, the subcontractors, spot checks & QC are just some of the bits of the process you’ll need to be at the top of your game.
This role will also oversee the despatch of the goods. So your communication skills need to be decent, as you’ll be interacting with internal senior leaders, clients, sub-contractors and everybody else in between.

The current Operations Director was the Installation Manager of this business. He is there for you to bounce off and be guided into the role. However, you have full remit to make this department yours. Review what’s been done and make it better systems, processes, people all within your jurisdiction to emulate what’s been done before you.
You’ll be in the office more than not initially. So you need to be able to commute to Harlow. That said, you won’t be tied to your desk. You’ll be on-site, with clients, QC on jobs, and everything in between.
