You are a Senior Account Manager or Project Manager within large format print, graphics or signage who enjoys building strong client relationships and keeping projects moving properly. You are organised, commercially aware and comfortable managing multiple jobs at once without losing attention to detail. You probably enjoy being involved in the full process rather than just handing work over. Site surveys, quoting, briefing production and making sure installations run smoothly all come naturally to you. You are someone clients trust because you are reliable, responsive and consistent. This role will suit someone ambitious who wants to play a key role within a growing business and be part of an exciting stage in its development.
Your experience

You are comfortable carrying out site surveys, preparing quotes, briefing production teams and coordinating installations where needed. You hold strong product knowledge and ideally have experience working with creative agencies or brand led projects. A full UK driving licence is essential.
What you will be doing with your experience in this role
You will work closely with the wider account management team to maintain and develop existing client relationships, helping ensure a steady pipeline of profitable work continues to flow into the business. You will take ownership of a substantial portfolio of work and ensure projects are delivered smoothly, professionally and to the expected standard. This is a hands on role where you will have real involvement across projects and client relationships rather than being confined to one area of the business.
