Head of Signage Division in Earlsfield

About you You're already working in a senior commercial or sales position within the signage industry, and you're ready for something with more ownership. You know how to win work, build relationships and turn opportunities into profitable signage projects. You've probably spent years developing contacts across architects, contractors, consultants and end clients, and you understand what it takes to deliver projects properly. You might be a Head of Sales, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager or already operating at director level. Your job title isn't the important bit. It's what you've achieved, the relationships you've built and what you're capable of doing next. You're commercially minded, ambitious and comfortable taking responsibility for growing a business. You want the freedom to make decisions, develop opportunities and see the results of your work reflected in what you earn. Your experience You'll have a strong background in signage, particularly across architectural signage, wayfinding, branded environments or larger commercial signage projects. You'll understand how projects are won, priced, manufactured and installed, whether that's through your own production facilities or external partners. You'll be comfortable dealing with architects, main contractors, property developers and other commercial clients, with experience developing relationships and winning valuable projects. Most importantly, you'll know how to generate business rather than simply look after accounts that are already there. What you'll be doing You'll take the lead in developing and growing a dedicated signage division within an established group. A big part of your role will be getting out into the market, building relationships, identifying opportunities and winning signage projects. You'll have the freedom to develop the commercial side of the division, from approaching new clients and building a pipeline through to pricing opportunities, negotiating contracts and making sure projects are profitable. You'll work closely with an experienced leadership team, with access to production, installation, finance and operational support already within the wider business. This isn't about walking into an established sales team and maintaining what's already there. It's about helping build something, developing a strong client base and growing the division over time. About the business You're joining an established group with over 30 years of experience across signage, graphics and wayfinding. They already work across commercial, heritage, public sector, events and other specialist markets, with the production capabilities, industry knowledge and operational infrastructure to support further growth. The ambition is to develop a dedicated signage business with its own identity, client base and long-term opportunities. You'll have the backing of an established operation, but the freedom to make a genuine difference to how this part of the business develops.
