About you
You are an Account Manager who enjoys building relationships and making sure every project runs smoothly from start to finish. You like being the person clients can rely on, whether that means answering questions, solving problems or simply making sure everything happens when it should.
You are naturally organised and enjoy juggling multiple projects without losing sight of the detail. You understand that great account management is about building trust, delivering on promises and creating relationships that keep clients coming back.
If you have experience within large format print, signage, graphics or a similar creative production environment, you'll feel right at home.
Your experience
You have experience as an Account Manager, Project Manager or Client Services professional within large format print, signage, graphics or a related industry. You are comfortable taking client briefs, preparing quotations and managing projects through to delivery and installation. You have a good understanding of print production and are confident discussing materials, finishes and specifications with clients.
Experience checking artwork or preparing print ready files would be beneficial, though this is not a pure artwork role. More importantly, you have excellent attention to detail, communicate well and genuinely enjoy looking after your customers.
What you will be doing with your experience in this role
You will take ownership of client projects from the initial brief through to final delivery, becoming the main point of contact throughout the process. You will advise clients on materials, finishes and production options, prepare quotations, coordinate suppliers and installers, and make sure projects stay on track from start to finish.
You will build long term relationships by providing an outstanding level of service, proactively solving problems and identifying opportunities for repeat business. There is no cold calling or business development target. The focus is on looking after clients so well that they continue to come back.
You will also support with artwork checks and collaborate closely with production partners to ensure every project is delivered to the highest possible standard.
