Your experience
- You have experience in print production, ideally within large format, signage, branding or display.
- You have operated large format printers, whether that is UV, latex or solvent, and you understand different substrates such as vinyl, boards, fabrics and specialist materials.
- You are comfortable with RIP software, file checks and basic colour management.
- You have experience with finishing: cutting, laminating, mounting or prepping graphics for install.
- You are hands on, practical and happy working across different parts of production rather than being tied to one machine.

- You will be part of the production team, running large format print jobs day to day.
- You will prepare files for print, check artwork and ensure everything is set correctly before production starts.
- You will operate printers, monitor output and maintain quality throughout each run.
- You will support finishing, including trimming, laminating and preparing graphics ready for dispatch or install.
- You will help keep the production area organised, machines maintained and jobs moving through the workflow efficiently.
- You will work closely with the wider team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality branded graphics.
