You are an experienced Production Manager who enjoys leading from the front in a busy exhibition, signage and large format print environment. You are practical, organised and commercially aware, with the confidence to manage people, priorities and production schedules while keeping quality consistently high.

You understand that good production management is not about sitting behind a desk. You are visible on the shop floor, support your team when pressure builds and solve problems before they affect delivery. This role will suit someone who wants real ownership of a production department and the opportunity to help a growing business become even more efficient.

You have worked as a Production Manager, Production Supervisor or Senior Production professional within large format print, signage, exhibitions or visual communications. You understand wide format printing, laminating, vinyl cutting, routing and finishing, along with the manufacture and installation of internal and external signage. You also have experience with vehicle graphics, wraps or fleet branding and understand the standards required to produce and install this work properly.

You are comfortable managing equipment such as large format printers, laminators, CNC routers and vinyl cutters. You can plan workloads, manage stock, coordinate several projects at once and lead a production team through tight deadlines without allowing standards to slip. Experience with exhibition graphics, fabric displays and exhibition systems would be useful. A full UK driving licence and qualifications such as CSCS, IPAF or PASMA would also be beneficial.

You will take responsibility for the daily workflow of the production department, planning and scheduling work so projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality. You will oversee the production and finishing of exhibition graphics, large format print, vehicle branding and signage, making sure every stage is properly managed before work is delivered or installed.

You will lead, support and develop the production team while working closely with sales, design and project management to ensure briefs are accurate, materials are available and deadlines are realistic. You will also manage stock levels, machinery maintenance, quality control and health and safety across the production environment. Part of your role will be to identify practical ways to improve workflow, reduce waste and strengthen efficiency and profitability.

You would be joining an established exhibition, signage and large format print business based in Amesbury. They produce a varied mix of exhibition graphics, vehicle branding, internal and external signage and large format print for clients across different sectors. The business is busy, ambitious and focused on maintaining high standards as it continues to grow. You will be trusted to bring structure, leadership and practical production knowledge to the operation.
