Your experience
You have experience as an Account Director, Senior Account Manager or Client Services lead within branding, large format print, graphics, signage, retail display or a related creative production environment. You are comfortable managing key accounts and developing long term relationships with clients. You understand how to manage projects commercially while maintaining high service standards. You are experienced working closely with production, design and installation teams to ensure projects are delivered properly. You are organised, commercially aware and confident presenting ideas and solutions to clients.
What you will be doing with your experience in this role
You will lead and develop key client relationships, acting as the senior point of contact across a range of branding and visual communication projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their objectives, identify opportunities and ensure work is delivered to a high standard. You will manage projects from brief through to delivery, coordinating internal teams across design, production and installation. You will help grow existing accounts while also supporting wider business development activity where opportunities arise. Your role will be to bring confidence, structure and commercial focus to both clients and internal teams.
