You know signage inside out. You’re confident managing fast-paced projects, juggling suppliers, staying on top of specs, and keeping clients updated without being chased. Your experience

  • At least 3 years in the signage industry, ideally with exposure to retail signage and store fit-outs
  • Hands-on experience with technical signage and installations
  • Comfortable with Illustrator and Photoshop for amends or spec checks
  • Clear, professional communicator who builds trust with clients and teams
  • Organised, proactive, and steady under pressure

What you’ll be doing with your experience in this role

You’ll work closely with the wider team to run retail signage and fit-out projects for major high street brands. That means quoting, coordinating installs, managing suppliers, and ensuring all projects land on time, on spec, and to budget. You’ll handle client comms, issue quotes, manage cost of sales, generate project documentation, conduct site surveys and make sure everything from delivery to install is properly planned and executed. This is a hands-on role with a supportive team around you, but the responsibility is yours.
