About you

You already know your stuff. You’ve been installing signs for a while and you’ve probably been the one others turn to when they’re unsure. You’re not just there to get the job done. You take pride in it. You’re hands on, but you think ahead too. You plan the workload, the work, and the work itself. You spot problems before they happen. You’re the one who double-checks the tape line. The one who makes sure the van goes out clean and comes back cleaner. You care about your work and you care about doing it right.

Your experience

You’re a Lead Installer or a Senior Fitter already. You’ve worked on vehicle wraps, wall graphics, built up letters, trays, lightboxes and everything in between. You’ve led small teams and know how to keep things moving without barking orders. You’re the calm one on site when everyone else is flapping. You’ve got a keen eye and high standards. It’s not about getting it done quickly. It’s about getting it done properly.

What you’ll be doing with your experience in this role

You’ll be leading installs for brands like Carlsberg, Cadbury, Cambridge University and Mercedes. You’ll be responsible for the install team. Four experienced fitters who know their way around a job but will look to you for support, guidance and structure. You’ll work closely with the MD during the handover and then this part of the business is yours to run with. Site visits. Planning. Delegating. Leading from the front. Making sure what’s promised gets delivered. You’ll still be installing, but your time will be spent adding value across the board.

About the company

This business has grown steadily over the past few years. From two people to nine. Quality has been at the heart of that growth. They’ve kept it simple. Hire people who care and give them the tools and support to do a good job. It’s working. But there’s more to do and the MD knows that to grow, he needs someone to step in and take the lead on installs. That’s where you come in. It’s a new role with real purpose and a proper runway to grow with the business.
